Where I slightly disagree (not with you, but with a strict stakeholders conflict)… stakeholders are in conflict as long as you don’t put maximalization of the value into some larger timeframe.

Like, I have petrol company and as a stakeholder, I maximize my value in Q1 because I don’t care about my micro ecosystem (stike oil and polute everything around). But in Q3 such action drive me out of my business and no one will want to work with meanymore. But if I think of long term maximalization of that value, than I will be in constant search for balance between all the stakeholders.
